[Character - Texture, Vertex - Lucario]
A dear friend of mine likes to use the white Lucario. I always liked the default white, but thought it was too smokey. I decided to make him this. He likes Lucario without spikes so I used Syrus63's no spikes model to make this happen for my good friend~
Use with care.
Edit: Now with two extra options: Removed spikes minor, and major. Yes, bloody Steam is now available after much thought about how those spikes were removed... XP
Note: there is no spatter on his lower half because no matter what I did, it looked super awkward. Feel free to attempt to add spatter if you'd like for your own personal use.
