This is how I fixed the Noire over Lucina PSA problem.
People couldn't use her because the FitMotion file
was unedited.
The way I fixed this Fitmotion file was to change some of the unnecessary bones to the non animated state position. So I see some people are still having problems with the metal sonic psa Chrome Dragon made. I too was having freezing issues until I fixed it.
Get the PSA file from Chrome Dragon's vault.
This ONLY contains the fixed Motion file.
