Toad PSA V1 by Rosetta-Hime with credit to Credit to ABloodyCanadian for animation help. Well, here it is. This is long over-due. I present a Toad PSA. This is my first PSA, so it's not that good, and has a few glitches, hence the "V1" I made this for Project M, but it should work fine for vBrawl.

--List of Glitches--
Neutral B in air. It's hard to explain, but just don't use it. You will be stuck in place until you get hit. If you use it on the ground though, it works fine.

Final smash- Has no hitbox yet. Need help on that PM me if you can help.
