Evidently my Full Blader was a bit too powerful. So I toned him down in some areas, improved him in others, and adjusted his kb to make sense with how he attacks.
The damage and trajectory of nearly every attack has been altered. His forward air jump animation has been shortened to look cooler. Biggest nerfs were the Final Smash, Down B, and Up Smash. All else is in the readme.
