[Character - Texture, Vertex, Moveset (PSA) - Jigglypuff]
Sorry, guys. The "New King Jigglypuff" PSA is gone... so if anyone wants to re-submit it in Brawl Vault, credit me and KingJigglypuff. Sorry again for the deceased PSA! =(
Now like I told you, I've made King Jigglypuff's original King Jigglypuff PSA to be balanced! Now, it's not so overpowered! But this is V1 because the up special doesn't work and the Final Smash is still a 1-hit KO. But either way, ENJOY!!!
