[Character - Texture, Vertex, Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Charizard]
*Rebalanced on 7/10/12
This PSA goes with my Blastoise and Venusaur PSAs, which can be downloaded

The main purpose for this PSA is to balance Charizards power/speed ratio to make him faster yet more fragile than the other two. There are of course some new moves that come along with it as well. Mainly the ones I didn’t like in the original. The Trainer PSA has been included since it’s required for the final smash.
Recolors included are Shiny, Mewtwo’s Blastoise Clone, and my own personal texture.
