I've finally got time to finish this up...

Anyways, my first mini-PSA, which only affects the specials.

Thanks to SDoom, KingJigglypuff, and Hollow for their PSA advice!

Some notes:

-The Neutral special is supposed to reflect projectiles, but the hitbox on it seems to just override that factor and it just blocks...
-The Great Spin (Grounded Up Special at 0%) doesn't seem to have ANY KO potential, it just seems to have set knockback... However, the Grounded Up Special over 0% works perfectly fine. If anyone can fix that, PM me and I'll add you as a collab.

I do not believe that there are any glitches...

If something is not working properly, PM me and I'll try to fix it.
