UPDATE 9/14/11:
Re-Download, I fixed afew problems.
Screen tint doesnt stay there anymore
FS does more hits
Up-Smash last abit longer like in melee
and others i forgot.

This is a version of Roy but made for brawl. He's not just a Marth clone anymore. He's his own person with his own moves. (afew moves that arent forgettable from melee are still there though). Give Feedback Here:
