[Character - Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Mario]
For PMEX builds that have Dr. Mario as a separate fighter (and people who want to use F.L.U.D.D. in Project M).
This is a port of Mario's moveset from vanilla Brawl, with buffs from Project M 3.6 and Sm4sh F.L.U.D.D. thrown in.

- The following are examples of things that should be reported:
- Broken downloads
- Broken previews
- Credit issues (e.g. using someone else's work without credit)
- Usability issues (e.g. doesn't work).
