Update: new PSI graphic effects were added to lucas's special moves, PSI magnet now has a GFX for when you absorb something with it and PK freeze now has a hex effect o its explosion on impact
Lucas comes out of nowhere with his UN-LOCALIZED trails
with 3 different Hex colours for his psi effects, this mod is only truly compatible with P+
