[Character - Texture, Vertex, Import, Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Jigglypuff]

This import cannot be used as a one-slot ! That's why a motionetc file has been included !
Along with that there's a moveset which could very well work with Jigglypuff's own motionetc file, but uses PSA scaling to reduce the size of the character, it was meant for Iggly.
Igglybuff's Melee trophy model T-posed and imported into Brawl/Project M, I also included a moveset for Project M that I did in about 2 days, with little ideas from Afterthought and I, even though there isn't much changed, this is basically a joke moveset. There are no expressions as I did not think i would be able to make it fit with the style of the original model, the textures were left unedited except for the Final Smash eyes.There are no alt costumes at the moment but we may come up with some in the future.
I hope you my first release of 2019, hopefully I'll be able to put out more stuff this year
