DOLPHIN USERS: I don't know what's with people getting crash issues but, I can't help because I do not support Dolphin AT ALL. I've tested this mod in Dolphin and it worked perfect for me. I wasn't planning on making this work with Dolphin so...

MOVESET INFO: This uses Nepgear's moveset as a base and has "Victory" Neptune's PSA infused with it. So that means the recent Neptune PSA IS NOT COMPATIBLE with this model because of the cape bones are being used for the hair.
Comes with the usual stuff:
- CSP's
- Battle portraits
- Recolors
- Voices
No stock heads this time...
