[SFX - Lucario]
So in PM 3.6, Mewtwo and Lucario now share the same soundbank which means that if you put custom sounds over Lucario, Mewtwo has none, the same applies to Marth and Roi Boi. This is just SSB 4 sounds for Lucario which keeps Mewtwos SFX. Because of size limits, there may be a decrease in quality, but it's not very noticeable.
