The Red Wings are a video game music cover band comprised of three punk rockers from Birmingham, England. Ever since 2006, they've been re-arranging their favorite video game tunes for the rock genre using a combination of keyboard synths, bass, drums, and of course electric guitar.
This particular song is a remake of an earlier track they performed which had audio problems. It was released on January 9th, 2010 to widespread acclaim.
The original track also contained the "Premonition" BGM from Chrono Trigger's title screen; I removed it for the sake of pacing.
