[Item - Texture - Smoke Ball]
*For No Smoke: Open BrawlBox, open common3.pac, go to ItmCommonParam, then replace ItmSmokeScreenParam
*ForTexture: Open BrawlBox, open common3.pac, go to ItmCommonBress, ItmSmokeScreenBress, right click>replace in Texture Data.
It's a better texture in-game.
