[Character - Vertex - Lucario]
This is my first ever vertex hack. As far as I know, its perfectly safe on wifi. Both the .pac and the .pcs are included. Please let me know if this desyncs anyone. It looks strange in BrawlBox but trust me, its perfectly fine in-game.
I've always liked the idea of having no chest spike but keeping his hand spikes, so here it is. If you plan on using this model then please give credit.
