[Character - Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Ike]
Note: mewfan151 found out that when Groudon Ike uses his Final Smash on Skyworld, he freezes up and can't move. If someone knows how to fix that, I would really appreciate it because I don't know how.

Just so you know his final smash is an instant kill. If you want to make it more fair for a personal use then alter it to your liking. But if you want to release the fair version, let me know.
