UPDATE (Nov 22): Sephiroth, Axel, and Zegram no longer have disabled bones and should now not desync wifi.
Part II of my evil white-haired men in long black coat series, I give you Sephiroth. He was overdue for a vertex using the most recent methods.

- Please read the rules regarding Brawl Vault and reporting.
- The following are examples of things that should be reported:
