Okay... Now he's seriously a ball... <.<
This is my third hex. There are two files that contain without wings and always having wings. (credit to dingoberriz...)
CHANGES FROM LAST VERSION:
1. Removed feet.
2. Removed universal cape in his u-taunt.
3. One file has wings only.
