[Character - Texture, Import, Moveset (PSA) - Luigi]
Has PSA!
Can't finnish this project without someone Vertexing Silver over sonic using the new method.
Shoe Glitch is fixed thanks to Shadow101Thehedgehog
Game freezes if Silver picks up small items(Cant be fixed til vertex is done.)
PSA was made by Super-Sonic18, No GFX show up because of low bone count (Needs vertex to be fixed)
xZedkiel has made some alternate non-canon textures I will put a link too here.
