yep megaman exe is here and he even works better with the zero psa?!?!?! no joke he does go test it for yourself. but this hack is a oneslot so dont worry you dont have to use the zero psa for this but i did include a fit motion getting rid of links bow and arrow.

I know there have been a lot of these uploaded lately, but I worked for 3 hours in Photoshop to try to get the textures as close to the ones in SSBWiiU as possible, so I hope you guys can enjoy, credit to GBC and ads15 for making the models and the Metalman Yo-yo replacement. I enhanced most of the textures and completely re-did the eyes myself using eclipse tool and a few Blending effects.

UPDATE:
I added FS Eyes to look like his eyes when they glow in the SSBWiiU Trailer

Not really sure who entirely did what for this mod, so I just collabed everyone involved. If anyone has a problem with me uploading this one I can take it down, it's just the frieza mod over Lucario with additional, unrigged bones to make it compatible with PM's Mewtwo.
