[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Bowser]
Another inspired by Project M :P
Super armor represented as white flashing (No flashing for throws or Up-B)
Super armor for Up-B (It's Whirling FORTESS, not a freakin' Whirling kiddy pool)
Super armor for Down-B
Super armor for throws, but not grabs, or grab attacks
Super armor for F-Smash
Super armor for U-Smash
Heavy armor withstands 'till 17%
Heavy armor for crouch
Heavy armor for U-Tilt
Heavy armor for F-Tilt
Heavy armor for D-Tilt
Heavy armor for D-Smash
Heavy armor for Dash Attack (But 11%, not 17%)
Heavy Armor for AA Combo (7%)
Weight + 30
F-Smash is now Giga Bowser-y
UP-B more vertical momentum, mobility and slightly less landing lag
Faster fall speed (Slightly)
Down-B drops faster
Shield slightly larger
Some attacks do more damage (Slightly)
Two attacks have been sped up (Slightly)
Some other random stuff :P
Don't screw around with Bowser now, he will probably end up demolishing you. Hehehehe...
