Or, Delfino's Sequent.
A stage bygone of time;
A shade born of a shine;
Its lumbered bones
Transmute to stones
With finish most sublime.
Petrified wood is available in a broad selection of wonderful colours. I neglected them for the sake of cohesion of theme, elegance of aesthetic and most of all because it was way easier.
Why is the shinesprite green, you ask? Because I play this stage to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktuDYYtbs2s. It and other tracks similar in feel (sombre, lucid) are the template according to which this visual harmony came to be. I welcome you to interpret it via designs of your choosing and create for it your own ambiguous canon.
The platforms are still influenced by the default blue and red lighting. It keeps with the 'shade' gesture and looks really rad.
