[Character - Texture, Vertex, Import, Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Pikachu]
Note: I have only tested this mod in Project M 3.5, but I can promise you that it won't work in other incarnations of Brawl without cBliss, unless Pikachu has a 7th costume slot.

This one-slot effect modification transforms Pikachu's final costume slot into Pichu! All of his electrical attacks inflict damage on himself. If it seems like he takes too much damage, let me know and I will alter the values. As always, check out the Readme for instructions and additional notes.
