[MODULE] Smashville Balloon Hitlag Removal by MarioDox with credit to Sammi Husky, P+DT[Stage - Import - Smashville]
Do fret, your combos are no longer going to be stopped by the hitlag caused by the balloon.
A simple module edit, disabling hitlag when hitting the balloon. It still can eat projectiles though, so don't try it.
Includes also the no-ambience variant and the Big Blue-explosive balloon variant in P+.
Should be drag'n'droppable.

this is 1:1 recreation of Smashville using the Layell's SV Clock Town as a base.
This was made as a test for myself to see how hard it would be to make an existing stage with custom animations, and turn it into a background object.
I felt Venus Lighthouse was one of the more complex stages in terms of animation, so I chose that (also P+ lacks some good Venus legal stages)

EDIT: Fixed STPM, with correct echo, wind and shadow values!
(BF 1:1 but intended to work on the Smashville slot, placing it in other slots could cause issues.)
I'm going to play Animal Crossing in Brawl by kicking Mario in the subspace.
A Smashville version of Battlefield, with all the day/night time versions, including K.K.'s concert. Balloon doesn't appear, that's incredibly illegal. Though all villagers still enjoy seeing you getting smacked by Fox's AI.
Uses a village module.
Enjoy.
