I made him in Brawl because I listened to his animated series intro song while I was scrolling my Instagram feed and I had a lot of nostalgia and then I decided to make him as a playable charachter over Mario. Who haven't watched this show back in the day?
Comes with CSS, and has the model from Mr. Bean's Wacky World for the Wii (I played the DS version of it).
This is one of the imports that I made rigged from scratch, and not taken from a mod.

Dr. Simi enters the SMASH world bringing us life and health. I DO NOT OWN THE COPYRIGHTS.
NEUTRAL SPECIAL MOVE B
Dr. Simi throws a series of medicines or products at random, depending on what he throws he can damage between 6% and 7% and also varies the special effect he can do fire, electric, normal and sleep damage, but in the case of sleeping only damages 2% since the effect is rewarded by sleeping.
The variable of this movement is random, there is no specific order.
MOVE SPECIAL DOWN + B
Dr. Simi begins to perform some circular movements along with a speaker around her that is practically dancing. This movement causes 14% damage, the completion of this movement does not cause any damage so it is compensated by the other hits.
The movement in the air when it is performed and falls to the ground does not move, it is simply static so you have to be careful when doing it.
Special effects: Horn and sound waves.
Damage: Consecutive and low finish.
SPECIAL MOVE B+ SIDES (DASH)
Dr. Simi starts creating a Dash like in the Simi Adventures game when Dr. Simi dashes through the opponent this will deal 8% very consecutive damage without ending.
When a \"dust\" effect is created is when the consecutive damage arrives, starting at 35 frames.
The pills that are created do not have any harmful effects nor does Dr. Simi have any advantages.
SPECIAL UPGRADE + B
As in the SIMI WORLD Dr. Simi enters a space ROCKET projecting upwards, the damage of this movement is little consecutive if the enemy is touched by the rocket he will be projected upwards but with very little damage, the final touch of this movement This is when the rocket explodes and suffers 8% damage.
The distance is moderate to be able to be saved.
FINAL MOVE (B)
Like the legendary move of some characters in some fighting sagas, Dr. Simi gives us this finishing move.
When Dr. Simi touches the opponent, he automatically begins dealing 2 hits and one shot, leaving the enemy flying through the air. This move is extremely damaging, so if he touches you, defeat is certain.
Effects: Dr. Simi sticker with wink and bumps.
Final sound effects: Dr. Simi will say a phrase on each hit like: TAKE IT, YOU, VITAMINAAAAASSS!!!

A mod that reskins Mario to look like my friend's Minecraft character. Her hat has rigging to match Mario's hat too! (She's a little shorter than intended... I tried to do bone edits but it bugged out and didn't work, so I just left it squished instead).

I still don't know how to make thumbnails, lmao
but I finally was able to release Cappy as an Article.
You can throw Cappy on Side B:
Hold B or use Side B again to Dive.
And when you step on Cappy, you can jump whatever action you are in.
In Project+, Dr. Mario still uses Super Sheet as Side B.
Brawl needs some code to make Cappy work, so read the text file included in the folder.
There are two variants for vBrawl: you can choose to replace Cape or F.L.U.D.D.
If you find any glitches, please report them to me. (I'm kinda still testing this...)

I'm making random new moveset edits for vanilla Project + characters using references from their source games, and for my first endeavor; I'm gonna be doing Mario!
Changes:
Forward air is a new move, resembling the Super Mario 64 Kick.
Up air angle is 90 degrees.
[Rolling Fireball]
Neutral special is a multi-hit Fireball that's pretty fun for combos ft. a new animation.
[Air SB: Dive]
Air side special is a dive from Super Mario 64, has literally no landing lag, so free approach.
Up special is just stronger.
[Air DB: Ground Pound + Ground Pound Jump]
Air down special is a Ground Pound.
If it connects he'll bounce off the opponent. You can cancel it with up. If you tap jump or a jump button on landing he'll do a really big Ground Pound Jump with a hitbox that you can jump into a double jump or use any attack.
[Spin Jump]
Ground down special is Spin Jump.
If it connects on the ground you bounce off an opponent and they get spiked, hold B to bounce higher; this moves autosnaps to ledge.

An edit to bringobrongo's Sunshine Mario PSA that gives the regular Mario effects/articles to every palette and changes two of the taunts. Also included are recolors for Superjam23's Short Sleeves Mario, F.L.U.D.D. compatibility edits for some of SJS & StarWaffle's Sunshine Mario recolors, and a victory theme.



(UPDATE v1.3: Various Character changes listed in README.txt. Also reduced landing lag so sukapon wont feel like garbage in other builds lol. I forgot REMIX had auto L cancel on)

Also not sure what is required for the character to function, because I just used whatever codes are in REMIX's current build. Drag and drop for REMIX 0.91b included, and should have everything to make Sukapon function. Just drag and drop ex_remix into the root of your sd and let it replace anything it needs to replace. If you've already added characters to REMIX, this will overwrite them, and you'll need to add them again. Sukapon is currently on 1.2, meaning he is missing Final smash, and various item, ladder, and swimming anims, but they are mario's, so nothing should crash. 2.0 will include this, which will be who knows when. Sukapon also has a new stage included with this drag and drop, Dark Alley. Play this stage by holding down on the D-pad when selecting Pac-Maze. I've been working on this since April 12,2021, and I'm happy its finally in a releasable state. This was my first full PSA, so bear with me.
