A small update for Falco by changing the name and thumbnail while the costume still remains the same.
Since this is no longer part of Project R (cuz it's dead) i figured i just use the Brawl logo since my old thumbnails look terrible.
This costume isn't based on any video game character but rather custom made for a Blue Team color replacement.

I really didn't see that much shiny Pokemon textures so i made my own from scratch plus Project M's take was really meh.
