[Character - Texture, Vertex, Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Pikachu]
My Pikachu, Michelle (or Chell for short), joins the brawl! :D
...Okay, this was just my desire to personalize Pikachu to my liking, though I had to make some... less-than-preferred nerfs to keep her balanced.
The 4 brand-new moves (well, 3 moves new and one moved to a different spot) are based on SSB64 Pikachu, which I've taken quite a liking to. She's faster and better at jumping, but lighter. Her fsmash, uspecial (lol), fspecial, and dspecial hit are weaker. Her dthrow now has more powerful BKB... which is a BAD thing; it gets rid of the chain grab that Pikachu used to have.
