[Character - Texture, Vertex, Import, Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Custom Character]
This PSA might be quite old, but I have a weird soft spot for it. I did this out of boredom, ngl. So anwyays, this uses Mario as a base instead of Pikachu. Download the GFX and SFX expansion codes from here: http://ssbbhack.web.fc2.com/ This only includes the .pac files for costumes so either get the no .pcs code or get the original .pcs from the original Mario over Krillin. Maybe if I'm bored enough I'll make a Krillin CSProject.
