V2 fixes BRSTM Looping, Shadow Placement, Fog and a optimized BG courtesy of DukeItOut

2 is the GHZ layout (rainy and normal), and the other 2 is an OMEGA layout (rainy and normal).

This is the final version I will do with the Ruins tileset, thank you so much for the support on my social media! Total alts are 8, so if you want more, you gonna have to do these yourself (I dont wanna flood BrawlVault with Temple Tempesteses)
