Ness gets some Smash 4 flair with custom PSI effects!
This mod changes his PSI effects to match Smash 4's, nothing special. This affects his forward air, back air, all of his throws, and his down-taunt.
This is an updated version of my previous mod, as this now uses the memory leak fix as a base, making this 100% legal and stable.

Some things to remember before reporting:
Past Reports:
- Please read the rules regarding Brawl Vault and reporting.
