[Character - Texture, Import - Pikachu]
UPDATE 5/19/18 - Legacy 2.0 CSPs, BPs and Stocks Included.
Despite not caring that much for Iku Nagae, I loved LJSTAR's Pikuchu skin. However, I felt like it could've been done even better than it already was. By using StarWaffle's Red Cap Chu, I've managed to make Pikuchu's (spelling intentional) ears droop downwards, no longer poking through the hat. As an extra bonus, I've taken Alolan Raichu's eyes, added some marks, and made this Pikachu resemble Puka from the anime. Includes Legacy styled CSPs.
