Smash 3 Sonic - Eye Recolors by NinfanNanz with credit to Taiko, KTH, Nαnobuds, Tailsmiles249, Shun_One, iwantgames, Scout
Effects on wifi are unknown.

[Character - Texture, Vertex - Sonic]

Changed the Eye colors of the Shadow, Silver and Espio costume to the eye color of the character they represent. Also made the Green costume's eyes brown just for fun!
the Black costume also has different colored shoes to more accurately match Shadow's shoes!
