[Character - Vertex, Import, Moveset (PSA) - Pikachu]

I decided to move Garchomp from Ganon to Pikachu because most of the attacks from V1 Hit the opponent if there in the Middle of the stage. Well V2 is now over Pikachu with the PSA edited a bit. The Up A's Hitbox is 4% out of place. You need to be close to your opponent. In V3 it will be fixed and V3 will come in Recolours and V4 will come with the running glitch fixed.
